I. 401(K)

Eligibility: Part-time associates must have completed 90 days of service and attained age 21.

II. Short-Term Absence/Vacation/Holiday Pay

Vacation Allowance Eligibility: Part-time associates regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours weekly are eligible for vacation allowance. Vacation benefits are granted on a pro-rated basis throughout the year based upon the associate's length of service in the current year beginning January 1.

Holiday Eligibility: Part-time associates regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours weekly.

The following days are designated as paid holidays:

  • New Year's Day – January 1
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day – July 4
  • Labor Day
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day – December 25

I. Group Health / Dental Insurance

All associates regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly are eligible for coverage under the bank's group health / dental plan the first of the month following date of employment.

II. Flexible Spending Account

State Bank Financial offers a Flexible Spending Account to be used for premium payments, uncovered medical expenses, and dependent child care.

III. Group Life/Disability/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

V. Short-Term Absence/Vacation/Holiday PayShort-term Absence Allowance

All full-time associates will be given 5 short-term absence days at the beginning of each calendar year to be used for minor personal or family illnesses or other unavoidable emergencies.

Associates hired after the first of the year will receive a pro-rated number of short-term absence days for that particular year depending on their month of hire.

Short-term absence days will accrue each year. A maximum of not more than 30 days of accrued absence allowance may be accumulated by an associate and carried forward from year to year.

Paid Vacation Eligibility: Full-time associates regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours weekly are eligible for vacation allowance. Vacation benefits are granted on a pro-rated basis throughout the year based upon the associate's length of service in the current year beginning January 1.

Holiday Eligibility: All full-time associates regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 30 hours weekly.
