How To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Take the following steps immediately to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

  • Monday–Friday, from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.: Call any State Bank Financial branch to cancel your card and order a new card.
  • Call our 24 Hour Phone Banking at 608-791-4277 or 800-795-6835. Canceling your card using this system is permanent. The bank cannot reactivate your card at a later date, you will need to see your personal banker to reissue a new card.
  • If you are not signed up for 24 Hour Phone Banking and it is after hours: please contact State Bank Financial at 800-880-7151 and leave a confidential voice message. We will need the following information:
    • Name
    • Account Number
    • Telephone number at which you may be reached
