Withdraw and Deposit Cash: No problem with any of our convenient ATM's or at any of our Drive-Thru services. WHICH all of our Drive-Thru locations remain open.

Sad but true, the Scammers are exploiting COVID-19

Five Simple Tips:
1. Be aware that people (scammers) are trying to do this.
2. Scammers want funds quickly and a manner that lets them remain anonymous.
3. Scammers may ask you to help them.
4. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
5. NEVER send cash, or give PIN, Account Numbers or Personal Information.

State Bank Financial temporarily closing lobby access on Thursday, March 19, 2020
 
As State Bank Financial continues monitoring the evolving data related to COVID-19 we are working to ensure the safety of our customers and associates. With that commitment in mind, we have made the difficult decision to close and restrict lobby access at all our locations.
 
These changes will go into effect, Thursday, March 19, 2020 and we will anticipate returning to full branch lobby access as of Monday, April 6, 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation in each of our markets.
 
For general banking services we will conduct all transactions through our drive-thru, night depositories, ATM’s and through our Digital Banking Services. In addition, we will offer, on a limited basis, appointment only access to our lobby locations for customers that have Safety Deposit box needs, a scheduled loan closing, or for business customers with coin needs. 
 
Again, in an attempt to mitigate the COVID-19 situation, our lobby access is on an appointment only basis by calling: 800-880-7151. Our goal is to minimize risk for you and our associates during this difficult time. 
 
We remind you that we offer many options to serve you and your banking needs. 
 
Digital Banking Services: Online, italk (phone), Mobile, Deposit Capture and Bill Pay

Drive-Thru and Night Deposit Box Services
Our drive thru services remain available during regular hours and offer most banking services. Customers may also continue to use the night drop boxes available at all of our locations. Drive-Thru locations/hours.
 
ATMs
Our ATMs, located in our drive thru lanes in La Crosse, Shelby, Onalaska and Sparta, are accessible 24/7/365. ATM locations.
 
Telephone
Our free telephone banking service offers 24-hour access to your accounts from any touch-tone phone.
